Fixed Fee Employment Services

Our employment services are fixed fee. Here are some popular options to give you an idea of pricing - noting that the fees shown are indicative only and can vary depending on the number of documents and employees.

Workplace Investigation
from $6,500* plus gst.

Includes:

  • Meeting with you (virtually or in person) to discuss and understand the complaint and the scope of the investigation.
  • Meeting with the complainant, respondent and witnesses, taking and verifying witness statements.
  • Undertaking the investigation (e.g., collecting evidence, verifying and examining witness evidence and statements, and other evidence) .
  • Preparing a comprehensive report with findings on the allegations.
  • These processes are always dealt with confidentially and with respect for all involved.

This can be conducted either virtually or face to face, no matter where your business operates.

Workplace Health Check
from $3,500* plus gst.

Includes:

  • Review of your employment documents, policies and procedures to identify risks to you as an employer.
  • Recommendations to stengthen your documents, policies and procedures to minimise risk to your business.

Employee Wage Audits
from $3000* plus gst.

Up to 5 employees – includes:

  • Undertake audits of your rostering systems, payments to employees, contracts with employees, any enterprise agreements and applicable modern awards to assess your risk of underpayments and make recommendations.
  • Review employment contracts to identify any areas of risk.
  • Review casual employment arrangements to identify compliance with legislative requirements.
  • Review policies to identify areas of risk (eg WHS and sexual harassment among others) (up to 5 policies reviewed).
  • Review rostering arrangements for compliance with applicable awards;.
  • Review pay rates against employee tasks to confirm employees are paid at least award rates.
  • Review award and classification levels for employees.
