  • Billing information such as your billing address, bank account and/or credit or debit card information we use for payment of templates and our services.
  • Your general personal details and general details about your business or company including job titles, names, contact details (including email address, physical and postal details and telephone and fax numbers);
  • Data that identifies your IP address, browser type and time zone and similar data;
  • Information with respect to how you use our Website and purchases you make on our Website;
  • If you are a client (or become a client) we will collect information about you which is relevant to the particular issue you are seeking our representation on (this may include your remuneration, what you pay employees, dealings with a party you are in dispute with and everything else we require to adequately act for you and advise you); and

In this case, the information we collect from you will include:

  • Your education history and results;
  • Your working history and names of and/or references from those you have worked with;

We will use this information to assess whether or not we will offer a position of employment to you.
